WIN Sports Academy offers multiple levels of competitive baseball designed to meet athletes where they are in their development journey while maintaining the same standards of growth, preparation, and accountability.

Advanced competition

WSA Elite teams are built for athletes seeking to compete at the AAA and Majors levels against top-ranked regional organizations. Athletes at this level are expected to demonstrate mental toughness, strong baseball acumen, high proficiency in catching and throwing, the ability to maintain game speed, versatility across positions, a competitive nature, and a genuine desire to learn, develop, and continue growing within the game.

Development-focused competition

WSA Select teams are built for athletes focused on development, confidence, and growth through competitive A and AA level play against strong local competition. Athletes at this level are expected to demonstrate coachability, effort, strong baseball fundamentals, positive posture, the willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to continue growing within the game.
